Refund policy

Custom orders. Every order is printed to your specs, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or quantity choices, or approved proofs with typos.

Our guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved proof, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll reprint it for free or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations. You can cancel for a full refund until your proof is approved. Once printing starts, an order can't be cancelled.

Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping problems. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll work with UPS to make it right.
