Shipping policy
Free UPS Ground shipping. Shipping is free by UPS Ground on every order unless a different shipping charge is noted on the product page. We ship to the continental United States only (the lower 48 states and Washington, DC). Sorry, we can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the US at this time.
When your order ships. Everything is custom made, so production starts after you approve your proof. Turnaround times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from proof approval:
- Window clings, vinyl banners and acrylic signs: ships in 3–4 business days
- Falcon flags, pillowcase backdrops and all business printing: ships in 5 business days
- Everything else (including stickers, yard signs and apparel): ships in 6–8 business days
After it ships, UPS Ground usually takes 1–5 business days depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Problems with delivery. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you entered.
