In most cases, rushes are available for our Vinyl Stickers, Banners, Guitar Picks, and Posters at a charge of $25 for 5-Day in-house service and $45 for a 3-Day In-House service. Any Expedited shipping methods are also at an additional cost. Most items are shipped UPS normal ground. UPS Express deliveries are also available at additional cost. International & Canadian shipment costs are kept low when sent via US Air Mail (allow 4-7 days shipping). Tubies® are usually shipped via DHL.

Yes! Once your order is placed, our graphics department provides 30 minutes of free art/design time with each apparel job, and 15 minutes of free art/design on all non-apparel jobs. If our graphics department feels re-creation of your provided art will require more time, you will be notified before proceeding and additional charges may apply. In most cases an additional $15 to $25 will cover it.
Yes! T-Shirt Apparel Design requires a $50 non refundable deposit which will be applied toward the cost of your order. Any additional time needed is based on $60 per hour.

Yes!- $350 with an initial $50 deposit. Pricing includes 4 initial logo designs. You pick one from there that we can further modify to your liking.
On most items online you can attach it and upload... if you have multiple pieces of artwork to upload zip or compress it to a single file and then upload the single file.
If your files are under 10 meg, you can e-mail your file as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org BE SURE to reference your On-line confirmation number and your band, business, organization name. You can also use yousendit dropbox or google drive. For files larger than 10 meg, please do the following. Please upload the artwork via the upload at the end of checkout. Or contact us for upload section.
We prefer files saved in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (fonts created to outlines). However send us what you have. If our graphics department needs any additional info regarding art, you will be contacted before your job is entered into production. If your sticker is a font, please give us the name of the font, and note the name in the “special instruction” section of your on-line order. For the graphics people: Adobe Illustrator - Convert all fonts to outlines, and save as an .ai file up to Version CS. Mac users, save as an .eps or .ai file pc format. Photoshop - Please create all artwork 300 .dpi or greater. Keep in layers. DO NOT FLATTEN your image before sending. Save as a .psd up to version CS. Jpegs also welcome. Corel Draw - Save as a .ai, or .eps file If your finished file(s) are over 10 Meg, and you are not ordering online, please contact us at 1-888-644-7745 for instructions on uploading your larger files via yousendit, google drive, dropbox.
